(August 17, 2017, 2:22 pm)We have just opened a Raw Pet Food store in Oakville and as with any new opening there is a long to do list with many follow ups! We required entry mats for our store as well as non slip mats for our freezer and we had such a positive experience with Dan Stevens, who walked us through the options without be pushy or trying to upsell . This time there was no follow up required as Dan supplied the product ahead of schedule and even lent us a promotional mat for the grand opening. Swans service surpassed our expectations and I would definitely recommend this company.

As a small business I never really considered this service previously. I'm glad Ben took the time and effort as I'm extremely satisfied. I will be referring Swan to others.
