Mark always goes to great lengths to ensure that he is accommodating all of his members in every way that he can. He is kind, takes the time to work with you, and has designed a comprehensive program to meet your fitness goals. This program is for everyone - beginners, powerlifters, regular gym goers, moms and dads, etc. - you will leave feeling like you had a great workout!

This is a fabulous program! I can't recommend it enough. Mark is very motivating and encouraging. I had been looking for something with a bit more direction than joining a gym but the idea of a personal trainer was too intimidating. I find that Stronger Forever strikes just the right balance. Mark lays out a routine that ensures you work out all your muscle groups and if he sees you are doing something improperly will come by and correct you. Otherwise, he will leave you alone to get your workout done which is exactly what I was looking for! All of the members are so supportive and encouraging. Don't hesitate to give it a try - you won't regret it!

Stronger Forever provides consistent, challenging yet strengthening classes in a supportive environment. Mark and the rest of the SF crew are always more than happy to help and cheer you on as you meet your fitness goals and set personal records. Mark is extremely accommodating and the program is very well priced and motivates you to come back for me. So happy I found a fitness program in K-W that is incredibly supportive and helping me to reach my fitness goals.

I was terrified to take this class - lifting weights in front of a bunch of strangers was not my idea of fun. By the end of my first class I felt incredible. Physically, I felt better than I had in ages. Mentally, I felt welcomed, included and one of the gang. This truly is a community of people who are stronger forever together. This is, true-story, an amazing program. It's body-changing and life-changing, while being totally supportive. Real home-grown small-business feel, very community-driven. Focus is on legit STRENGTH rather than fitting some cookie-cutter mold of beauty. And boy do we get strong. Highly recommend this addictive program!
