Solé Restaurant and Wine Bar

We went here for our 1-year anniversary dinner. The service here is unmatched in Waterloo. I got the Ceasar salad appetizer and my wife got the pan-seared scallops. Both amazing.

For dinner, she got the lamb shank and I had the strip sirloin. I asked for my beef to be cooked medium but when it arrived it was a little overdone. I mentioned it to our server and then the manager came over. She apologized and offered me a free salad while I waited. Very excellent service. We felt important to them.

The food was great and they have an outstanding patio. Highly recommend for a great date night!

The food is always amazing and the service is great too. I love the decor and the patio is lovely. One of my very favorite restaurants in the region!

Went here for a quick lunch with my mother.. The decor in here is a little out dated but the food is incredible! I wanted to buy some of that fresh baked bread to take home! Will definitely go back!

My dish tasted great as the shrimp was very big but I felt there could have been more noodles. My sister and her boyfriend also ordered different pasta dishes and they had a lot more pasta than mine. My boyfriend ordered one of the pizzas and I had a bite. I felt like the pizza could have tasted better especially since it costed at least $17 for it.
