Shawarma Lounge

I am soooo glad I took my friend's recommendation and ordered from Shawarma Lounge. I ordered food for myself and 8 co-workers, and all of us couldn't stop raving about it. The quantities were excellent, and the price was reasonable. The taste is fantastic, and now the smell in my office makes me want to come to work more than ever! As others have commented, the gentleman who took and prepared my order was unbelievable friendly kind. I had never met him before, but when I went in to pick up the order, I felt immediately as if we were friends. Shawarma Lounge is one of my new favourites, and I hope to visit again in the near future!

The Shawarma was amazing, portion size is perfect and the gentleman that was serving the food was friendly and gracious. Please support local restaurants, and this is a great place to start! Highly recommended.

The gentleman who was serving me food was so respectful, kind, offered me lentil soup while I waited, and a drink and a plastic bag. He treated me like family not just this visit, but the last time too! The food is amazing, fresh, delicious and the best in Waterloo! His customer service is above and beyond satisfaction and I wish him every success during this time and many more years to come! ❤

The gentleman working treated me like family. He asked me if I wanted a cup of lentil soup while I waited. He was such a nice guy, one of the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. The food was amazing, perfect spices and flavors! Two different types of garlic sauce as well: thick or mayo style. Will be returning definitely, wish the owner great success.

Last week I tried Shawarma Lounge for the first time. Absolutely the best tasting Shawarma in town! Very fresh and delicious. Lots of toppings and sides to choose from, more than other places i have been to in the city. The potatoes were really good. The chicken sandwich was delicious. The shop owner, Farid is very friendly and generous. Definitely will return again and make this our go to Shawarma place!
