I don't have much experience with pets or pet stores, as we are just getting our first cat, but the one staff member we met was patient and helpful as we had lots of questions on food, cat litter, toys, everything. There's a lot of information and opinions on the web and sometimes it's hard to make sense of it all, so I found it helpful to actually speak to someone. She answered all of our questions and provided balanced perspectives, while making a few suggestions to us based on our discussions.
This gave us a good place to start on our journey of pet ownership. -

They always have my products and cute toys for my kitties. They aren’t afraid to open a second till and the staff are so friendly. Love this place!!!
