(April 11, 2019, 9:26 pm)The staff is so kind. I lost my nose pad on the way to Waterloo and googled optical shop for a hurry fix. The staff welcomed me with a smile and fixed my glasses shortly without a charge. They also cleaned my glasses. I really appreciate their help. Thank you!
