Great experience. Very accommodating.
Quality!! I am a student who is using the school's insurance plan and Dr Akkila is helping me make the most of my money. This beauty actually took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my teeth and why and he answered all of my questions. I had my friend who is going to be a dentist come with me and she even let me know that this is a great Dentist probably in the 99th percentile in terms of competence and expertise. I left feeling extremely confident in Dr Akkila's hands. I know I am not being cheated and am being cared for as a human not just a business transaction.
Very good work, hygienists are very competent and friendly. Reasonably prices. Dr. Akila and his assistants do not try to find out unnecessary problems to fix for extra charge. I have been going this office for many years and referred my family and friends, they are all happy with the service. They will process insurance paper work, which I think is a bonus!

I've gone here a few times the staff is all nice, willing to answer questions if you have them. They are also very knowledgeable about how your Waterloo coverage works and they take of that all for you.
