He did his research and made sure we ended up with the right home at a price we were comfortable with AND at a price he was comfortable with us paying. He had our best interest in mind. Dave was extremely strategic in his advice to us on the whole process from beginning to end to ensure we got a great home and avoided the pitfalls of a sellers market. We were lucky to have him on our team. He worked tirelessly for weeks and weeks , evening and weekends. I highly recommend having Dave Berry on your side when considering who you will have represent you.
