(September 4, 2021, 11:23 pm)I called and they were very helpful when I needed my 60 volt jet e- bike trouble shot for a problem. I was only there for approximately 20 minutes and he diagnosed the problem. A couple of hours later I was back to the shop and loaded it up and on my way home with it the same day. This saved me another trip down to Waterloo . Very great service and I recommend this bike shop.
