I stopped by to see if I could pick up replacement window gearboxes for ones that were broken when I bought my house. They had the parts in stock (cheaper than I expected) and were very helpful - offered me lots of tips for replacing them easily, tips for cleaning to keep them working smoothly, and even described how to do a more complex repair myself on one of my windows. I can't comment on installation, but in terms of "supply" of parts and knowledge they were excellent.
