Although, I stopped by to collect my package at this branch once and was told it wasn't delivered yet, despite me handing them the slip and confirming delivery status on Canada Post's website. Only because I kept pestering them did they check again and lo and behold – they typed the number wrong on the computer.
I mean, mistakes happen, we're all human, but they didn't check twice, swiftly telling me to come back in a week. Plus, no apology whatsoever. Spent a good 30 minutes in a stand-off about my mail when I could've made it to class on time.
