  I just had my first appointment today and I have to say how thoroughly impressed I am. Dr. Winchester is so knowledgeable and he is so excited to share his knowledge with you. He talks you through everything and why this or that is happening to your body. He doesn’t just crack you and send you on your way. You can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Incredible experience.

  Dr. Jeff, Linda and the staff at Bridgeport Family Chiropractic are incredibly warm and welcoming. Dr. Jeff has helped my back tremendously since I started seeing him, and I can both see and feel the difference he’s making. Their knowledge combined with a family oriented atmosphere make for excellent service and even better outcomes!

  My experience with Dr Jeff is that, it’s not just about chiropractic quick fix care. He promotes and educate people on how important it is to change your lifestyle to stay healthy, away from pain, and medication.
  Would recommend to EVERYONE I know.

  I have been coming to Dr Jeffs clinic for about three months now after I listened to his Tuesday morning health show on FAITH FM. I was very intrigued by his view on life, health, and in particular diet habits, which all made a lot of common sense to me. I compete in Powerlifting at a World Class Level and Dr Jeffs proactive and preventative approach to Chiropractic has done wonders for my spine and overall body alignment. My strength has gone up considerably, but most importantly, without the usual pains and aches in my back, shoulders, and arms. I have also chosen to adopt many of his views on healthy eating and nutrition, and have a whole new and improved general overall sense of well being and feeling. Thanks Dr Jeff, your wisdom and knowledge has been a blessing in my life! MK
