  The office was able to get me in so fast! Referral sent to the surgeon of my choice however I was not able to book an immediate surgical appointment and required another stronger antibiotic. Dr Modi would not give me the script. Played a little run around between Dr Modi and the surgeon, but eventually a stronger antibiotic was able to be prescribed (thank God) to fight the infection. Wasn't too impressed with Dr Modi, although I do appreciate him seeing me so fast, when I couldn't see my dentist. Other than that issue, this is a great staff and they do the best work I've ever had done (thanks Dr Granic!!)

  Dr. Kapasi is an excellent dentist. We are very pleased with his work, and his wonderful, warm personality. The hygienists are excellent as well. We recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist in Waterloo.

  You can't get better dental care for anyone regardless of their age. The staff are very caring and knowledgable and every procedure that we have had has been incredibly painless--I even had a steak dinner the day I had a root canal! My kids have alway thought going to the dentist was fun and something to look forward to. I have referred a lot of my friends and family and they have had the same experience.

  Amazing service! I have been visiting Dr. Kapasi since I was 3 years old, and 23 years later I still visit here.
  He does an amazing job at explaining what work may need to be done and what caused it.
  His equipment is in top shape and its always very Clean!
  I would Highly recommend Dr. Kapasi
