Amanda in the Waterloo office was very helpful and gave me lot of insight of how to prepare myself and covered a lot of information with me. She was patient even though i had lots of questions during our couple of month communicating back and forth.

It is worth going in and having a sit-down with him because his knowledge really shines through. He is no-nonsense, experienced and well traveled. He listened carefully to the needs of my family and made recommendations on who WE are. We chose a resort that we never previously considered and are really looking forward.
