(July 11, 2019, 2:19 am)Great find. It is a hidden gem of a store filled with things I was looking for (Crowne bakeware - Made in Canada) and even some that I wasn't (local honey).
The customer service I received was wonderful. Managers at local grocery stores (FreshCo, Zehrs and Real Canadian Superstore) have advised that Nutri-Whip (a non-dairy, whipped topping used to frost cakes) is no longer available. Bob went above and beyond to not only source the alternative (Nutril-Fil) that I was looking for, but to also bring it in for me. Now, that's service!
Sure, there is a variety of items you would find at Bulk Barn, however, I think Ayre's model is more sanitary and fresher. If it's not in the quantity you want, I believe they will customize for you. For those concerned about packaging, you can bring in your own containers, too!

(February 8, 2019, 7:34 pm)So many good foods and many interesting baking and cooking implements. A fantastic selection of cake pans. This is where I first discovered chopped, candied ginger which makes a cookie that a chocolate chip cookie can only envy.
