I purchased the super puff in long, in i believe September or October of this year. The first puffer (to be expected) began shedding its feathers. I brought the puffer in expecting it to be taken back to the manufacturer and returned for pick up. Instead, i received a brand new puffer no questions asked!!! Unfortunately, I do not know the girl's name who did the exchange. The negative comment are simply not true.

Came into the store hoping to find a cute winter coat (I spent three days attempting to find a coat that I liked). Amelia greeted me promptly and began to help me right away. With her help I was able to find a coat that I liked and under my budget! She was friendly, professional, quick and super helpful!!

Love this location, friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere and seems to always have a good variety of size ranges.

I was buying a burgundy dress for my friend’s wedding. A girl helped me out (so sorry I forgot your name), she was amazing and super sweet.
