  This store knows how to treat customers from the moment you walk in till the minute you leave! I cannot express just how happy I was with the service that I received there today! First off, I did not have an appointment and they were packed but after waiting 30mins (which was worth it!) I was greeted by a young man who was extremely helpful!
  Please note: I had spent 4 hours today going between Bell and Apple Jump stores in Guelph with absolutely no help till finally a young girl suggested that I go to the Waterloo Apple store to get answers.
  The man at Waterloo Apple Store plugged my phone in to diagnose the problem instead of trying to blame me, accuse me or charge me...he actually figured out what was wrong with my iPhone 7 (which I had only purchased in June 2018). He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my phone and then replaced it free of charge because it was a problem with the phone.
  I will be recommending this store to everyone!!!! So impressed with their customer service and all around kindness! 5 ⭐️Service
