(August 16, 2018, 1:15 pm)The Slit Barn is in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. I was there for a wedding. Beautiful venue. The ceremony took place outside on a warm sunny evening. It is the perfect place for a small intimate type wedding . ...perhaps 100 guests. The area for the wedding ceremony was very simple; so too was inside the barn area. I suppose you could decorate at your own costs if you so wish. The reception was held in the barn area. There is a bar set up, tables and chairs and a little room for dancing. A tent was also set up outside the barn. There is washroom facilities and free parking. I loved the rustic look of the barn. Looking to hold a small event at a place with some history. ....check out the Slit Barn.

(July 29, 2018, 1:40 pm)I attended a wedding here last night and I cannot tell you how blown away I am. The venue was beautiful, the coordinator was amazing, the food was beyond delicious.. great venue for a wedding!

(May 28, 2018, 9:15 am)Cozy venue, perfect for weddings, and themed events that are looking for multiple settings to stage. Decent amount of behind the scenes space to both execute a service and store any materials not used during the event.
Small venue, suggest no more then 100ppl. at a given time. Beautiful post sunset experience.
The only draw backs, the insects at night, and the need for intimate night lighting for the exterior of the building.
Pound for pound really solid venue.
