  Fine place. Shopped here by myself and with the better half on a number of occasions. They've always had what I need whether it's a chain or a pendant. This time I needed stones and chain and help making my creation. It wasn't their normal offering but since things were slow they offered to help me build my necklace. Kudos to them for going out of their way to help a fellow in need.

  Lovely place with tons of beads and gems. Can be a bit overwhelming at first go, definitely easier if you return another time, but the staff are incredibly helpful and happy to make suggestions!

  Great store, great staff, great service. I've been a fairly longtime customer and I've seen this shop grow from a small self-run business in downtown Kitchener to the shop it is now with several good employees and so much more to offer in terms of stock options and classes.
  
  There have been times that certain items I've been looking for haven't been restocked as I had hoped (I'm a chainmaille artisan, so jump rings are mainly what I shop for, especially the silver ones), but I don't hold that against them. In the midst of renovations and Holiday seasons, getting stock replenishment can be tough, and usually a quick call to check on ring sizes will save me a trip if they don't have what I need. I give The Bead Boutique 5 stars!

  An amazing place. You walk in and there are every type of beads imaginable, there are endless possibilities with making necklaces, bracelets for a loved one especially children.
  They also have charms, crystals, therapy stones, wool and lava beads.
  Every Sat afternoon they have a walk in session. For $10.00 you get a one on one teacher and learn how to make your own jewellery- beads, clasps,etc are extra. You can also book a private session.
  I highly recommend Bead Boutique as a place to find a special gift or something to add to your own accessories. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, everything is online for you to order or drain that perfect necklace.

  Great store! Be prepared to spend more time than planned! Great selection of various beads including cheap ones for my kids and natural stones for me. Both staff members working were extremely helpful in helping me plan my project. They knew exactly how to execute my vision and led me to the correct supplies, explaining exactly how to complete each step. They were even able to answer my questions about stone symbolism. I will definitely be back for all my beading projects!
