(February 24, 2021, 11:27 pm)What a great place to live.. Elisa and Sal do a totally magnificent job of looking after this building and have done so since they started here last year. If you read bad reviews of this building it was from the previous building managers who really did a horrible job and were always confrontational with the tenants and visitors. What a breath of fresh air Elisa and Sal are... Even on days off they are always there to help you in any way that they can. The building is a good mix of families with children, singles,retirees and couples without children...a safe and well run building from top to bottom.

(February 21, 2021, 2:34 pm)We are very proud of where we live. The location is ideal, a short walk to Victoria Park or downtown Kitchener .
The building and grounds are always kept immaculate. The lobby is very warm and inviting to our guests. The view of Victoria park and the sunsets are amazing. The apartment's are bright from natural sun and hallways well light well and kept clean.
Saul and Alise , even on their day's off are always here to make our living here a pleasant experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend Iron Horse Towers to anyone ! -

I think it would be wise to remove the reviews from before Sal and Elisa came, as any negative comments were from before their arrival. -

(February 16, 2021, 10:04 pm)I have been having problems with my furnace and Sal has been very accommodating to find the issue. I am very pleased with both him and Elise
in keeping the building safe and clean. I have been here for over 7 years and they seem to be forever vacuuming the halls or Sal is out making sure the sidewalks are clear and salted. The fire alarms are also tested every month as well. I hope they remain here for a long time. -

(February 14, 2021, 11:13 am)This place is Amazing! Beautiful units, great amenities, friendly people, very quiet and inviting, meticulously maintained, amazing views, the list never ends! The management is 1 in million, Sal and Elisa do such a wonderful job of maintaining this property, are always there quickly and swiftly when any problem may arise large or small, they really treat you and everyone here like family always happy to help or just say hello! This beautiful place wouldn't be the same without Sal and Elisa. Thanks to you both!!!
