I saw this doctor after waiting 6 + months. First you need to call in and confirm your appointment. Lovely admin lady, and I asked what kind of tests she would want to see and she took the time to go through it with me and sent me more tests for the doctor. Doctor Gulan is a fantastic professional. I left with more ease and answers - a plan A and a plan b. Loved her and her office.
Superb Doctor. I was referred to Dr. Mirjana Gulan by Dr. Steven Charkow (another superb physician) for my endocrine issues. I visited Dr. Gulan with trepidation, reading the negative reviews about her, but found her to be the complete opposite of what has been written about her. Online reviews cannot be trusted because the people posting the reviews are either not qualified to rate a physician or fickle minded.
Anyway, coming to Dr. Gulan, I was given a very thorough examination by Dr. Gulan who took a good look at my body composition and then proceeded by counselling me about how to manage my blood sugar condition. Dr. Gulan prescribed medication for a year and then gave me a follow-up appointment after 4 months. Subsequently, she connected me with the Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre at Francis Street, South. I went to the Community Health Centre and received advice on my dietary habits.
I'll be visiting Dr. Gulan again to review my progress. I feel much better already and I'm looking forward to receive her advice.
