  My house was built in the '50s and the kitchen needed updating. I had the existing cupboards painted, the doors replaced, new countertops installed over the existing ones and two new cupboards added. I had the cupboards and the countertop in the main floor bathroom updated at the same time.
  
  NuStone was able to do all the work I was looking for; the other companies I looked at weren't. Kimberley and Tania were helpful picking out the materials. We did some one sizable delay but that was due to me not communicating that my phone and email changed (both I and Nustone could have done more to have avoided that). The painter (I forget his name) did a very nice job, as did Valter with the cabinets and Carl with the countertops. All three were personable and easy to work with. A few small items popped up (e.g a missing kickplate for one cabinet, issues with some drawer fronts and with a knob) but were dealt with promptly. Overall I'm very happy with my new kitchen.

  Dave & I are quite happy with NuStone Transformations Kitchener for our kitchen & bathroom refacing, quartz counters overlay, & back splash in the kitchen. Thanks to Kimberley, the design consultant who was a pleasure to work with & helped us make great choices ! Thanks also to Donovan ,Valter , & Carl -- they were tidy , efficient & professional !

  We recently had a kitchen counter granite overlay installed by Nustone Transformations (Kitchener). We had originally intended to replace the preexisting counter top with a new quartz slab but the company we were working with, after considerable investigation, including doing a mock up in one of their kitchens under renovation, felt that they couldn't do a satisfactory job because of the presence of an existing tile back splash which we didn't want to take out because of the cost of removal, disposal and replacement (which would have also required the refinishing of a matching island counter top). Instead the company suggested that we should contact Nustone which they knew could produce a quartz counter top overlay which would fit under the existing tiling. We accordingly contacted Nustone who sent Kimberly, one of their reps to discuss how the work would be done by the company and the cost. She was very efficient, showed us samples of the surfaces we could choose from and took approximate measurements. She indicated that the accurate measurements and installation would be handled by Carl whose work she highly recommended. Carl lived up to this reputation - he proved to be a very efficient and tidy worker who was able to complete the whole installation process in one day with little inconvenience to us. The result was a shining new looking kitchen which we are enjoying using.

  I would recommend this company, very professional and my kitchen looks amazing ! Consultation, installation and office staff were all knowledgeable and excellent service. Stainless steel sink and brushed nickel faucet are top quality. Design consultant Kimberley helped me choose the perfect colours for backsplash tile and quartz counter. Nustone installer Carl did a fantastic job and done in a timely manner.
