  Did anyone notice the grzz is horrible my limb broke and rope hit my eye i sent it back and hope get new one i now hunt with the assian and i must say it is number one it was a very good make if your starting out or expert the assian is way more but worth it dont be silly and buy a grzz go staigjt to the assian you will anyways good job on that bow love it shane hogan ottawa canada

  I am very impressed with the customer service department. What a fresh breath of air compared to other companies out there. I sHould have expected it though, with such a quality product, it only makes sense they would be there when I needed them. ThankS EXCALIBUR TEAM YOU ROCK!!

  I've had my vortex for about 5 years now with very good results both at the range and in the field , noticed that one of the limbs was just starting to fray called the warranty number and 2 days later I had new limbs at my door, you can't ask for better customer service just outstanding !

  I am very proud to be the owner of an Excalibur Crossbow after dealing with the people behind the scenes at this company. I had a "user error" issue with my bow and required a repair. I drove to their head office in Kitchener, ON and was greeted with smiles and helpfulness. I was expecting to be a "pain in the butt" for them as they are a very busy manufacturing business trying to keep up to the demands of big box stores all over N. America. My bow was repaired within 1 hour of me dropping it off. I went to pick it up the next day and talked with a man in the warranty department who seemed to have all the time in the world for me to answer questions about the product and give me tips to get more from my bow. I left their office with the best feeling I've had about a company I had done business with in as long as I can remember. I will always own an Excalibur Crossbow for the rest of my life as a result of the contact I just made with the company. Let me be a reference to the people who stand behind such a quality product. Thanks Excalibur!!!
