While it is busy, that's for a reason, the staff are friendly and kind, they are personable and know how to put you at ease. The technician I had was sweet and chatted with me, even giving me some tips about upcoming ultrasounds and appointments. I cannot stress enough how fantastic they are compared to other locations.
