    Feven (Grace) IS AMAZING. She was the most helpful associate I have ever encountered at any cell store, ever. She was able to translate into two different languages, and help us set up a phone plan for the refugee our group was sponsoring with friendliness and patience. She managed a huge line of people with dexterity--- and really lived up to the meaning of her name. Thank you so much, you really helped us a lot, and truly are a star.
