Although its by appointment only, I was still able to make an appointment and drop off my tapes within only a couple of hours after contacting the service. They got all 9 tapes converted to a USB drive before Christmas and got it done in only 4 days with many hours of footage when I was only expecting 2 tapes converted for Christmas. The cost is affordable and won’t take weeks of waiting like Walmart claims. They were very welcoming and definitely over delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend using MetaMorph to convert your tapes to digital.

He was accommodating arranging drop off and pick up times. His service rates are a very good. This is the second time our family has used Metamorph-A-Disc and would return again if the need arises.
