(May 29, 2019, 9:30 pm)I take my van to Wendell Motors for servicing regularly (oil changes, maintenance). On this last trip I was dissatisfied with my bill so I sent an email with my complaint and within ten minutes had a response back from the President, Craig. The next morning I received an email from the Parts and Service Manager, Alex. I responded and set up a time to chat over the phone. Alex called me on time and said that he was disappointed that I wasn't happy with my experience. He was very pleasant on the phone and made arrangements for me to come back in. Alex explained that this is a family owned business and customer satisfaction is important to them. I appreciated that I was listened to and felt that my return business was valued.

He will work diligently to find the perfect vehicle that fits your needs and your budget. Will definitely purchase from Carlo again. He really takes the stress of buying a new vehicle away and makes it an enjoyable experience. The service department is also top notch. Very attentive and great with follow up. Couldn't be happier with Carlo and the service team.
