I had two windows that were installed in 2016 by a contactor. Noticed the seal had gone between the two pcs of glass. Contacted Gentek and they replaced the glass under warranty. Quick, professional service, from first contact to the technician replacing yesterday.
Nice to see a company stand behind their work without hassles. -
