In the day and age where consumers are more informed and in tune with product value because of the web, it is refreshing to know that when it comes to above ground pools and spas that DPSW Kitchener have a great staff that keep things simple, are informed and respect the customer. Dan West is our connection at DPSW Kitchener and he has been spot on when it came to product knowledge, package assembly and ensuring that our timing for the install was met. Daniel was exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely friendly and easy to listen to his UK accent. We enjoyed the experience because of Daniel's expert sales help. We consider this store to be our go-to for all our pool needs.

(May 21, 2019, 3:55 pm)Nice place. Staff is friendly, and always ready to help. Water testing, chemicals for the pool, and even a new pool vacuum I recently purchased, they consistently demonstrate good customer service. They even price matched the vacuum for me too! Highly recommend.
