  My parents and I are thrilled with our decision to go with KW Casa Realty Brokerage when selling and purchasing our home in Kitchener. Andreia Nica was always helpful, available, professional, patient and very proactive. Working with her was an easy and pleasant experience for my family. She guided my parents through the selling and buying process and took care of everything, even doing a final home inspection to make sure our new place was in good condition before our move. Her service was excellent and beyond our expectations. Anyone who goes through a traditional agent or brokerage with a higher selling commission will spend more and won’t get better service than we got from Andreia. We will always recommend her!

  Andreia Nica was GREAT!!! in helping us in our quest for a house. She was very professional and followed up in a timely matter on every opportunity. She accompanied us on numerous occasions to remote area in the Huntsville area. My husband and I will happily refer KW Casa Realty and Andreia's services to our friends and colleagues.

  This was our first time selling our home, so we were a little hesitant to go with KW Casa Realty over a traditional agency, but the 3% total commission was appealing compared with 5%-6% what the big names like Remax, Keller etc. offered us. Our concern quickly went away since our agent (Andreia Nica) was very responsive and took the time to explain us the selling and the home buying complicated process and scenarios along the way in very great detail. We didn’t know if this was truly part of the entire service coming in, but in the end obviously we were extremely satisfied. We ended up selling and buying our second beautiful home with Andreia too. We highly recommend her!

  Andreia helped us to sell our property. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared. Every interaction we had with her after that was the same. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. The sale went very well and she brought in an offer above our asking price. I can’t wait to work with her again. Thank you Andreia!

  Working with Andreia exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time home-buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Andreia was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down to determine what would be a good fit for me. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Andreia was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our property and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight time-frame. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Andreia!
