I hosted a backyard wedding and contacted Monali about 6 months before my wedding. I rented many items which included; cutlery, plates, glasses, table covers, coffee makers and even a cotton candy machine.
The items were given to me a few days ahead of time which was great as it allowed us to plan out our arrangements a bit better.
My interaction with the staff was kind and courteous; however they were a bit disorganized and didn't have all my items when I came to pick up. I did have to make multiple trips to get everything.
Another nuance one should be aware of is that you must return all the dishes, glasses and cutlery clean. This was made aware to us ahead of time; but it does take a lot of time!
Overall Monali was very kind as were her staff and I would likely utilize them again for future events.
really knowledgeable and friendly staff, i wasn't really sure what theme i would go for and they were more than happy to share some ideas that turned out really well. will definitely be going back.
