Beautiful wonderful place to say goodbye to your loved ones. Highly recommended. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
You really dont know what to expect when you loose a loved one and have to plan a funeral. Well unless you preplanned.. and in hindsight, I would suggest everyone does that.
I can now tell you from experience that not all funeral homes are created equal, and if you are doing things last minute .. like so many of us do in these situations ..or if you want to preplan...then there is only one funeral home that you should call.
Henry Walser and his staff would get 10 stars if I could give them that many.
If anyone wants to experience compassion and honest advice and assistance when you are in such a vulnerable point you need to call Henry Walser.
I visited a day before my mother passed away, and Jocelynn assisted me with a list of all the services they could provide, and layed everything out in a non aggressive manner. She was amazing.
I decided to do my due diligence & explore the options in our area, and I have to say that I had one particular experience that was a polar oposite to what we have experienced at Henry Walser.
They have been amazing so far ...and the staff.. outstanding.
Henry himself.. assisted us .. on a Sunday to make all the preparations.
This one particular funeral home I visited left me feeling like I was being sold a car... actually a used car!
Terms like...budget, middle of the road, average...GOOD/ BETTER/ BEST AND LOW END OPTIONS were being thrown around by the SALESMAN..And my visit ended with a dont worry.. we dont need you to pay everything now .. just a 20 percent deposit and we will collect the rest 90 days after the funeral!?
Look.. I understand.. it's a buisness right.. and a $3000 earns and all the upgrades.. help pay his salary...and I'm sure PowerPoint sales pitches are effective in many businesses... but I would strongly suggest leaving them our of the funeral business.
Thankfully that's what Henry and his staff do.. they leave out the Pitch.. and the sales tactics.. and replace them with assistance and compassion.
I bet.. they have their share upgrades from their clients.. difference is.. they let the customers choose instead of being sold.
So far.. they have done everything the right way. and I feel so much more at ease than I ever imagined I would.

Very professional. During the hard times we had last year when my father passed away, they helped us go through everything from the funeral to the paper work. Outstanding service, smooth and very prompt. Attention to details was flawless in every aspect step by step until the end of the service.
The employees were incredible, kind, considerate and efficient. The made a sad and painful experience less so by their sincere kindness. I would recommend this funeral home for anyone who has is in need of one. These people really do care.
