  About 15 years ago, my back had been severely injured due to being rear ended in multiple car accidents in a 6 year period and the insurance company deemed my back unfixable after trying various modalities. I have suffered for many years and spend a lot of time at the chiropractor and Massage therapy. However, my back suffers from deep spasms and these treatments were not as effective as I had hoped. After 1 treatment of trigger point acupuncture with Dr. Colin O’Brien I was able to check my blind spot while driving by turning my head instead of my entire body. It had been over 15 years since I could do that. I receive treatments every 2-3 weeks and for the past 2.5 years and my back has been virtually pain free.
  
  Recently I had an accident jumping my horse that jammed my back and I was unable to stand up straight or walk. I called Dr. O’Brien and received a treatment that day, and again within the week. Two weeks after the initial accident I was back jumping my horse again. Dr. O’Brien’s trigger point acupuncture treatments have taken away the constant pain I used to live with in my back which severely effected my lifestyle.

  Dr. Colin is easy to work with and actually listened to and addressed my concerns. I now make it a habit to see him regularly and in between appointments I check in with his blog which always has some practical take home information. If you are looking for a ND or are a little apprehensive I would definitely recommend going to meet him!

  Dr. O'Brien is very helpful and knowledgeable - he helped me with my chronic headaches! He is always willing to answer all my questions and recommend something to help with my pains and aches. Highly recommend him for any health issues!
