  We were in recently looking for a sectional for our new house. Shortly after arriving Jag approached us and asked if we needed any help. We explained what we had in mind and our budget. Right away Jag had a couple of couches in mind to show us. The first one he showed us wasn’t the right fit. Jag listened to what we liked and what we didn’t like about that sectional. The one he showed us next was exactly what we wanted and it was within our budget!! Jag sat with us and helped us visualize what the sectional would look like in the room we have by sketching it all out on paper. Jag took the time to explain every step of the purchase and he even found ways to save us money!! He was even able to get it delivered on the same day that we have other furniture being delivered from another Brick location. Throughout this whole interaction Jag was very personable and easy to talk to. The next day, I was re-examining the room and where the sectional would go and realized I wanted the chaise of the sectional on the other side. We called Jag and he reversed the order that day! Any future furniture purchased will definitely be through Jag!

  Vinny is the man! Recently bought a couple of sofas and bar stools at the Kitchener store. Vinny very patiently showed us many options, and went over the pros-and-cons of each. Very knowledgeable and informative, but never pushy. Our kind of salesman!!! Thanks again Vinny!

  RE: Jag Dang - Excellent Sales Consultant!
  I went to The Brick to look at a specific sectional that I had found on the website. I was greeted by Jag, a Senior Sales Consultant. I had a specific size range that I needed in order to have the couch fit in the space. Jag was very patient and thorough in asking me questions to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for. He spent 2 hours with me in the store, showing me every option they had available that could work with my space, and discussing the options for each (configurations, sizes, fabrics, etc). He was incredibly helpful and so pleasant to work with in finding a great couch that will be very functional for my family. I never felt that he was trying to press me to purchase anything, just that his goal was to help me find something that I loved. I did not purchase the couch that day, as I wanted to look at one other store. Jag offered to stay outside of his working hours, should I decide to return, in order to work around my schedule. I came back the next day and I ended up getting a completely different sectional than the one I initially came to see, and I am so happy with the one he ended up finding for me. Jag was also very thorough in going through the details of the sale and the extended warranty, to ensure that I knew exactly what I was purchasing and could make the best use of it. On top of that, my couch came in early and I will have it a week earlier than expected! I would recommend Jag to anyone and will be returning to the store to work with him when I need to make another furniture purchase. Thank you, Jag!

  Barbara was great! She helped my family and I with getting a dishwasher today and made the whole process easy. She understood what we needed and helped us pick out the perfect appliance to suit our daily needs. She was very knowledgeable about the appliances and I can’t wait to use our new dishwasher!

  This is the first time I am sharing my experience on any social platform. I have known Jag for the last 5 years. For a particular item, there are many players in the market but I always end up going to The Brick store at 4283 King St E, Kitchener, ON. N2P 2E9. Jag is one of the best salesperson I have ever met. He is honest, humble, and well researched about the products. My most recent visit was to buy a TV for my living room. As always, he gave us the best deal possible and I ended up buying two TVs. He is Mr. Incredible :-)
