  Service good today but than it wasn't busy so I was happy about that. The owner just responded that the service is good when they are busy as well . That's 100 percent false. Every single time I've gone to meet friends when it's busy the service is awful . How about during the leaf game a few Saturdays when I went and it was busy my steak didn't show up in 45 min and my whole group finished their food so I asked where my steak was .her response was that the kitchen sent it out .I asked her if she remembers giving my food to me because I haven't eaten yet .she said she doesn't remember and than said I will re order it for you .I said no thanks since I've waited an hr. Can you order me a pound of wings instead and hopefully it will arrive . I wasn't given one apology at all .only a it wasn't my fault . I meet at that loc action because we live around the region and that is halfway. Now I only go when it's slow and I belly up to the bar because there are always barkeeps standing there . Just re did this review so that you know more staff is needed during peak hours .

  First time at this location. Went for the cheap appetizers which is nice, best deal is half price wings after 9pm. Other apps may not be half price but they are discounted at least. The service was slow surprisingly even though there wasn't that many people. Wings came out hot and tasted good, just wish that they came out quicker!

  Food is good for the price. But why are Chucks restaurants always so cold?! We've been to both Kitchener locations and I froze both times. Last night I wore my winter coat the entire time. The chili was pretty good and did warm me up some. Husband and son had burger and fries- nothing was spectacular but good for the price. Our server was really busy but was really nice and bubbly; I wish I'd taken note of her name so I could give her a shout out. It was her first week and she did a great job

  Awesome food, great service, friendly staff. The food arrived fast and was hot and fresh. The server was very attentive and helpful. My group of 3 was seated, finished dinner, and leaving in about an hour, although I would have gladly stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal at a very fair price
