From the owner down to the part timers I was very impressed with every aspect of this store. The customer service was amazing, they were all very knowledgeable and so friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for! The owner Kara and the manager Alex blew away my expectations and made it one of the best in store experiences I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend people who are looking for their pet needs to be met that live in the Kitchener area to check out this store! 10/10 :)

(March 9, 2021, 5:59 pm)I am always in awe with the customer service at this location. They are warm and welcoming and extremely helpful! They answered all the questions that I had about new food for my cats, which they have a huge variety of and the store is always so immaculate!

(February 18, 2021, 5:11 pm)I have to take a second and say how amazing the customer service was here. I came in with both my toddler and my baby. The social distance and PPE procedures they had in place made me feel safe while bringing my kids with me. We went in to purchase my son a BETA fish and the customer service even for such a purchase was great. They added so much fun for my son and even helped show him how many colours there was and taught us the history of BETA fish! He was in awe! I will absolutely be coming back time and time again! I highly recommend this location!!!
