(May 27, 2021, 11:55 pm)I moved in to the building in 2020 not sure because of Covid but I needed to be close to the college as I live to far to commute for the labs that I have once a week. I need to tell everyone how COVID safe I feel; cleaners are all over the place wiping and sanitizing; every time I go through the lobby without my face mask someone from the office will remind me, its a pain but I know they are looking out for my safety, it makes me angry when I see other tenants arguing with them about masks, why cant we all follow the rules. the management and staff truly care about us and our safety. I wish the other tenants could stop being selfish and stop giving them a hard time. it is truly a place that cares about their tenants and keeping us safe.

(May 14, 2021, 10:17 am)I've lived here for 5 years now. I have lived under two different managing companies during my tenancy here. Both companies have been really good. Your experience here all boils down to the relationships you have with your roommates and management. Good relationships = great experiences here!

(March 23, 2021, 5:46 pm)The team at Collegeview is amazing, last week my mom called and spoke to the manager Michele; she was so helpful answered all of our questions and arranged for us to see the building, on the weekend we met with Nikita she was so nice; I was worried about leaving home, but not now; Collegeview Commons already feels like home and I haven't even signed a lease yet... now I'm excited to start the next phase of my life, living on my own and going to college.
