Popped in as a walk-in for a newly found scratch on my bumper today (June 19, 2020) and man-oh-man, I’m glad I called these guys.
Right away I was treated as if I have been going there for years.
I believe the man who helped me is named Jason and I have to say the customer service was impeccable. I felt comfortable, not pressured whatsoever, he was patient in answering my questions and we even shared some laughs (Bonus points there).

I will update once I have had actual work done but 11/10 would recommend.

This is my 6th or 7th time doing business with JLS. Jason and his brother are true professionals that deliver quality work. I took my Lexus IS and i am really happy with the new bumper. Very happy with the customer service and work done. Thank you JLS !

The best experience I could have had.

I have a difficult time trusting auto industry professionals due to bad experiences and poor automotive knowledge. I have been taken advantage of before a few times.

JLS slowly gained my trust as they showed, time and time again, that they are on my side. This happened effortlessly on their behalf, as it was actions rather than talk that reflected their integrity. I would feel comfortable sending my sisters to JLS; knowing that their vulnerable position will not be abused.

An absolutely exceptional experience.

I have some limited experience with auto body repair. It is with this knowledge that I had sized up the quality of the last five body shops over the phone, and upon this same understanding that I immediately recognized that Jason from JLS—the gentleman from whom I was currently receiving a quote—knew his craft better than anyone else I had spoken with. I might add that while i was looking for quality over price, his quote also beat out the competition.

The experience the followed did not disappoint. JLS offers a wealth of automotive knowledge to compliment their paint-match wizardry. Their staff are as high a caliber as their service. JLS stands behind their service, and you’ll walk away with a beautiful vehicle at a very reasonable price. More importantly, when you take your business to JLS, you’re supporting a couple of stand up guys that make you feel happy you chose to spend your money and time with them. I came out of this experience with a beautiful custom painted grill for my new truck, with some additional help over and above what was expected correcting an issue another shop had caused, and with a few new friends at a shop I can trust.
