I felt like I'd stepped into another dimension. The food was incredible as well, great value for money. Please go here if you're looking for great Chinese/Canadian takeout in the region!

(August 16, 2021, 2:27 pm)Food was great! We ordered take out and our food was packaged really nicely to avoid any spills. Wait time was 15-20 minutes which isn't bad considering the food tasted fresh and was hot even by the time we got home. They also have a lot of veggie options on their menu. I really appreciate how much tofu they had to their dishes. A lot of other restaurants skimp out on the tofu. The portions are sizeable. Every dish has a unique flavor which is nice so it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing. Staff were really helpful as well and were able to confirm that the dishes were vegetarian.

(June 3, 2021, 12:10 pm)The beef with mixed vegetables and almonds is my favourite. New owners are very hospitable. Best Chinese food in town. They use chicken stock instead of MSG. Chicken Balls are cooked to perfection and are packed with plenty of chicken. They prepare all their food fresh and fast. Delivery is inexpensive and a great option when not wanting to drive to the restaurant. The staff is very accommodating and will make the food orders to your liking.

Although no chicken balls in the order, the customer service provided by the nice young lady answering the phone was Excellent.!! I was offered a credit for my next order. I will continue to order from Mei-King, as I have been doing for the last 30 years!!!!! The very best in Kitchener-Waterloo. Thanks for providing such tasty Chinese food and Super customer service!!
