Crystal Mitchell, RMT is an outstanding massage therapist. Extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very personable. I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone.

My husband visits this centre and for osteopathy and Lynda has done a great job helping him to get back to wellness. She is very friendly and she also gives you some tips on the right food to eat. I recommend this place for anyone who needs such a service.
