(September 6, 2019, 5:31 pm)Gym is solid, you can work out almost every muscle group effectively (Chest is a little difficult, the gym has no decline barbell and only one set of every weight above 50lbs) and there is a good breadth of cardio machines available. The only major issues is during peak times (8-9am, noon, 3pm) there are WAY too many people in the gym, however, that is unavoidable at a college.
Some gym patrons are also quite rude, however, the rec centre itself is not at fault for this either.
All and all, it's a gym, you can work out.
