(May 11, 2019, 1:20 am)I've had memberships at the YMCA and Movati Athletic in the past, but GoodLife is definitely the best gym that I've been to in the area hands down. It's got lots of different equipment, clean facilities, and is open 24 hours a day.
Also had the pleasure of having a one-on-one personal training session with Wes (the fitness manager) today and have to say that he is incredibly friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable - all the traits of a fantastic personal trainer. -

(May 8, 2019, 2:20 am)Edit: After my initial review they've made noticeable improvements in maintenance around the gym. Staff still needs to be better trained but are friendly and willing to assist. Hope the improvements can be kept up! Thank you.

Clean & friendly staff. However the boot bags, tissue boxes, & toilet paper/paper towel (upstairs & women's change room) are rarely in stock. I go almost every day and whenever I try to use these they're not available. This seems inappropriate given the recent increases in membership prices, and that other Goodlife's in the area are always well maintained.
Also, I was charged extra on the last fee debited from my account + there was an extra charge the first month I joined. Looking into other gyms to join. Hope these things are remedied. -

(April 16, 2019, 6:43 pm)I have been working out here since 2014. This is the best gym in town. My only issue is the american news channels playing on the TVs all day long. It would be great if you could play some local CANADIAN news channels because honestly speaking, I care more about our country (CANADA).

(March 30, 2019, 6:38 pm)My favourite good life to go to. The staff are really friendly and it's not usually too busy until after 5 pm on weekdays. They have everything there that you could need including a turf section. Like any good life they offer group exercise classes and a cycling class.
