They do all their on smoked fish in-house, very accommodating if you're looking for something they don't normally carry they will seek it out for you! I'll be returning but maybe with the car, today was walking and enjoying the sights

(December 23, 2020, 10:10 pm)I came for the first time today and I will absolutely be back here as soon as I can! It has a true fish market vibe, all in one store, nestled in the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo.
I came for Smoked Salmon because of a recommendation from a friend and was helped by a gentleman who gladly explained the options to me. I left with a beautiful cold-smoked fillet which I learned is smoked in-house!! I can't wait to try some on it's own, with Eggs Benny, or as Lox on a bagel!!
