This review is overdue but well deserved. We cannot recommend Heidi highly enough!

As a son of a Midwife I have been well educated in the world of Midwifery and had high hopes and expectations in having a Midwife for our babies.

Having Heidi as our Midwife for both of our daughters she met those expectations easily. She is everything one could want in a Midwife. She is extremely competent, compassionate, and thoughtful. She has a great sense of humour and a calm confidence.

My wife’s pregnancies involved a condition/risk that Heidi hadn’t seen before. She was very willing to research and learn about my wife’s risk factors and was very helpful guiding us through the process of transferring care to the Hamilton hospital for part of the pregnancy before returning to Heidi for the actual birth. Her postpartum care was excellent and she was a much valued support and resource to us through the early days with our newborns and breast feeding issues we had with both. We were always sad when our visit ended!

To sum it all up, Heidi’s calling is most definitely a Midwife. She is everything you could ask for and she is selfless in her dedication to her mums, babies, and families. If you are lucky enough to get her as your Midwife you are in fantastic hands!

I received the best care, attention and education from my midwife Heidi with my first born. I currently have her again for our second child and couldn’t be happier. I have nothing but good things to say about the care of a midwife and this clinic. Highly recommend and I did have to see an OB as well because of complications with my first pregnancy. I had a good experience with my OB but would go the midwife route over it because of the education, time and attention received.
