Not sure about the dentists that work there but the secretary's are clueless. Told me the wrong day on the phone, wasted half a day. Showed up the correct day, waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time. Nobody said anything so I left. What a waste of time this place was, not only that but I just wasted a full day of work
Far and away the best Dentist I have ever used. Friendly and professional. He does what it takes to make you have the most comfortable dental experience possible. Explains all options in a clear and concise manner, and works with you on a treatment plan to meet your needs. Never wanted to go to the dentist like most. I now go with no hesitation or apprehension, knowing that the experience will be a positive one. Unbelievable I know. Great guy. Thanks Dr. Degen.
Dr. Degen is so sensitive and always takes into account the bad dental experiences I have had in the past. He knows I ám a chicken and he and his staff have made me feel comfortable coming in for regular visits. If you are looking for a great dentist, YOU HAVE FOUND HIM!!!
So truly touched by the acknowledgement of the loss of our family member who was a patient of Dr. Degen. Doug was always very impressed with Dr. Degen approach to dentistry and the needs of the patient, this would be a wonderful example of what is difference he makes to this office.
