  THE ' BEST GYM' ANYWHERE!!!!! Don't waste your time at any other gym. This 'IS' the only gym!!!

  I've only been here for RMT. Dorthy is great! She really does try and meet individual needs. Love the hot towels she uses to help reduce the oil residue.
  
  Their online booking system is very handy. Parking is in the back, off Charles St, entrance door is on King. You must go up a long flight of stairs to reach the facility. The only down side is that the Zumba studio below is extremely loud and can be heard quite well when getting a massage. Every effort has been taken to isolate the room from the noise but there's only so much that can be done.
  
  In addition to personal training, classes and RMT, they stock a large selection of nutritional products, such as energy bars and shakes, low carb bread, salad dressings and sauces, some supplements and pain relief products.
  
  Cliff and Dorthy are every dedicated to making their business run well and leave customers happy!

  I’ve been attending BBE classes for more than a year and Love the results!! Clint pushes you and sets up a program every month to push your limits! I’ve also had personal one on one training with Clint- I achieved better results than I’d ever considered possible!!
  
  BUT- I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Dorothy and her incredible Massage Therapy!! I’ve always gotten regular massages and had my perfect RMT.. but omg, I decided to give her a try using one of their packages (great value) and she’s it! My one and only! She’s incredible. Relaxing but effective with chronic stress/stiffness and pain. She goes above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience. Total life changer!

  Clint is the best trainer in the region! Ive been training with Clint since 2011 and he's helped me reach every goal I've made. Also, having a trainer that is in such great shape really motivates you to do better because the results are right in front of you!
