He was able to come by on short notice and was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive and professional Sam was. Great quality work and he made sure to inspect everything before he left. Would highly recommend his services to family and friends and will keep his card for any future jobs. Sam went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good working order and to my satisfaction before leaving. Sam was punctual, polite and had such a high attention to detail. In conclusion, the quality of work was so impressive

Very professional, knowledgeable, polite. Sam assessed the heating system repair issue within in minutes, he gave me very educated and economical options for the fix I needed done. He fixed the issue my Heating system had. Sam has been my go to person ever since when it comes to Heating/cooling issues.

(November 17, 2020, 8:16 pm)Sam came over and swapped the gas line on a new water heater I was installing, as well he provided a very fair quote for running gas to where my current electric range is in my kitchen so I can replace it with a gas range sometime soon. In fact the price was so reasonable I had him go ahead and do it right then. I found that getting quotes for this piece of work was difficult having contacted a few places, and getting a reasonable one was impossible.
Sam answered all my (many) questions, and his work running the gas line was very neat and tidy. Completely happy with the work and would highly recommend. -

(November 16, 2020, 7:22 am)I had a great experience with General air heating & cooling inc - he was very knowledgeable and does a professional and neat job . we had issues with our furnace. He came and it turned out that we needed a new furnace. He was able to source it and install it the next day. Additional work was required to install exhaust pipes and to fit in the new, smaller furnace. We are very satisfied with his service and recommend him to everyone who is looking for a reliable professional. Thank you.
