(April 7, 2019, 1:20 pm)I booked an appointment here so I was seen right on schedule. Was pretty busy on a Saturday, I think only 2 people working but they were really nice and gentle. Very professional, even with one crazy lady who was a walk in freaking out about waiting longer than people with actual appointments booked. Book an appointment online if you don't want to wait! It's common sense. Appointments are priority.

(January 24, 2019, 1:12 am)I have been coming to this lab for over 5 years. Mr. Predraj (Peter) is polite and caring and attentive. He is the only one who does not have to probe with the needle to search for my vein (I can only use one). I have used two other women at the lab when he was away and they could not find the vein. One told the other woman to find it. I always make an appointment.
