(December 30, 2020, 8:04 pm)I had my dress altered and Nataliya was so knowledgeable. My dress was too big, so I wanted the sides taken in, which she did without a problem. However, she also noticed that I was fidgeting with the neckline which was too big, so she suggested altering that too. I am very happy and the dress is much more comfortable and flattering now.
Nataliya is clearly an expert at her craft. I will be back when I need more alterations done! -

(December 23, 2020, 4:18 pm)I had to get a jacket zipper replaced and was very happy I went with Natalyia. She does great work and the jacket honestly looks better than before. You can't even tell it's been repaired. I am very happy I was able to keep the jacket as I don't like throwing things out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs anything tailored or fixed.

I needed it repaired ASAP as I only had 2 days off before needing to be back at work, and I only have one uniform. I looked around online and decided to take a chance with this place. I am SO glad I did. When I looked at the job she did, I couldn't believe it. There is no way you'd ever be able to tell it was torn. It actually looks better than before!
Professional attitude, finished in less than 24 hours and very, very reasonable price!
Save your time and money and avoid going to franchise places. I will never go anywhere but here again. -

The response from an email inquiry was extremely fast, as was a follow up phone call and repair of a heavy duty zipper on motorcycle pants. Natalia is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her services.

Nataliya is an experienced seamstress and a wonderful person. Punctual, responsible, accurate. Even the most difficult work can be entrusted to her. Highly recommend!
