(June 20, 2019, 10:39 pm)Everything was DELICIOUS! Service was excellent! We both ordered the lunch special, one pulled pork and one pulled chicken, one with fries and one with rings. Our plates were full with generous portions, served hot and fresh, very impressed! The booths were a cool retro style, very clean and comfortable, I highly recommend this place!

(February 11, 2019, 12:20 am)I've been to some 5 star, award winning BBQ restaurants in the southern United States. In my opinion this restaurant is as good, if not better! I find the U.S. places have too heavy a smoke flavour for my liking. S.O.S. has the perfect amount of smoke undertones.
The pricing was excellent compared with other eating establishments.
I will be returning next time I come to Kitchener to shop at Lowe's (7 minutes away). They seem to be VERY popular for take out, and the food comes out quick. -

(January 25, 2019, 1:20 am)A+ Food; An authentic southern taste and menu. My family really enjoyed this place and we’ll come back.
The format is takeout-focused and the dine-in experience is clean, cozy and comfortable.
If you have a craving for some really good smoked meat with an authentic Texas taste I recommend the brisket with one of their special sauces. Also, the French fries are kid approved, according to an 8 year old. (Ketchup, vinegar, and loads of wipes at the booths too!)
